Young Managers
Created in 2018 with the purpose of uniting and supporting young managers aged 35 and under, the group has gone from strength to strength with a high level of attendance and positive feedback.
Combining current club managers with aspirational delegates, the meetings are educational, whilst providing the opportunity to network with like-minded people in a social environment.
The group benefits from experienced and acclaimed speakers in a variety of venues from multi-sport to city clubs, giving a fascinating inside view into how they are run.
The meetings are structured around a theme, be it career development, personal development or workshops that relate to the 11 core competencies of club management.
The Young Managers’ Group is a fantastic taster for full CMAE membership and newcomers are made to feel as welcome as existing members.
